The CELPIP is officially designated for permanent residence applications by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and is also accepted for professional designations.

CELPIP, just like any other exam, requires a lot of time and practice. The tests below are about the writing section of the CELPIP.

There are two tasks you need to write about:

  1. Email Writing (Task 1, 27 minutes): You’ll compose an email based on a given prompt, typically related to travel plans, inquiries, or requests. Aim for around 150-200 words.
  2. Responding to a Survey (Task 2, 26 minutes): You’ll choose an option and explain your preference in about 150-200 words. The topic could be related to various issues, such as technology, education, or social trends.
